Set custom links in the bot

Perhaps you're using RuneScript in your clan chatroom and you shoved five different links into the topic for your forums, your clan homepage, a funny youtube video, and some other image or something you enjoyed. All of these can be stored on RuneScript instead. The !links command allows one to set their own links for the current channel.
